In the past we received orders in a number of different ways:  through the door, online, via emails, phone calls, and faxes. With this website we have created a more efficient and cost effective ordering system.  It has reduced costs and improved accuracy.

You are a valued customer, but we need your help.  We need some information from you. Click on "Sign in" in the upper right hand corner. On the left side is "Create an Account".  Enter your email address underneath it, and click the "Create an Account" under your email address. A new screen will appear asking for your personal information. Please complete this one-time form and click on "Register".

Call us to finish the process so you can place an order. This is a security measure to make sure your account is not being set up by an unauthorized person. You will receive an email confirming your account has been activated. That's your signal you can login with your password and place orders.

You are welcome to change the password and edit your other account settings within the new store any time. Go to "My Account" on the navigation bar, and select "My Personal Information".

To place an order, go up to the navigation bar, and place your cursor over "Ordering".  Several options will present themselves.  You can begin the order process here, or you can wander around the site, and see some helpful tools, "How To" videos, templates, and other resources available at your finger tips.

Your next order will go smoothly. The new system is much more modern, and we hope you find it very easy to use.  Give us a call if you have any questions.

    • Sales Tax is automatically removed from your order if you are set up as an exempt reseller with us.
    • The ordering process will generate more accurate orders.

Please enjoy the store when you have your next order! The ordering process changed, but we are the same.

First and foremost, our website never sleeps.  It is here for you anytime to

File Management

Files up to 100mb can be uploaded to your order at anytime.  You can add them during the checkout process or after the order is placed.  We will upload proofs for your viewing directly into your order and you can make notes on them.  Files can be deleted, replaced and completely managed by the client up until the order goes into print or production.

Mobile Friendly

Not near a computer? No worries. We have optimized the site for mobile too! You can do everything in the browser on your smart phone or tablet that you can do on the computer.  Place orders, track their status, upload files is all just as easy.


Eagle eye has templates for a variety of banners, perf cut decals, and banner stands. These will be provided to our clients in standard sizes and will help to make sure your project is sized and layed out properly.

We are here to help.  Over the next few months our designers will be adding quite a few tutorials in both Illustrator and Flexisign.  These will cover the basics of file preparation to advanced techniques to help make your designs pop.
